  • Contact with the inner teacher
  • Basic practice for transformation. protection and actions
Method

After lighting a white candle,
  1. Seat comfortable with a straight back. It can be supported by a small pillow. The upper back must be allowed to breathe free.
  2.  Close your eyes and scan the body for any tensions. Relax them. Visualize tracing a protective circle of light around your meditation spot.
  3.  Direct your awareness toward the center of the mind. (Pay attention to your sense of self identity: the place from where the I am feeling arises. You will feel that the senses begin immediately to recollect themselves and withdraw from the outer world.
  4. Visualize a white light in the center of your body. This light pulsates with your breath. It expands with the out-breadth and contracts with the in-breath. Feel love radiating into the world with the light pulsation.
  5. Visualize the light as it contracts slowly into the chest. (This is the actual concentration step)
  6. Mentally say, “Let the light shine into my life and bring peace and harmony to all my actions and of those that cross my path.
  7. Open your eyes.

Notes
  1.  Write down in a journal your experiences during this practice. It will ground them in the natural world.
  2. Practice early in the morning before engaging the natural world. I will make them real.
  3. Keep this practice private. Sharing them  will alter the soul inner force conformation in favor of non desirable forces. I will pollute them.
